By using the Gift Card, you agree as follows:
Participants who attend the 60-minute live NETDOCUMENTS Lunch and Learn webinar in its entirety are eligible to receive a one-time lump-sum electronic gift card totaling $25 to UberEats while supplies last.
This is open to individuals who a) are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions), b) are at least 18 years of age, c) are not partners or account holders, and d) register for and attend the Corporate Virtual Lunch and Learn in its entirety.
While supplies last and at NetDocuments’ sole discretion, each webinar attendee will receive a $25 UberEats e-gift card (“Gift Card”) by email the day of the 60-minute live NETDOCUMENTS Lunch and Learn webinar.
NETDOCUMENTS, in its sole discretion, tracks and determines who has completed the webinar and when they have completed the webinar.
The Gift Card will be sent to the email address you used to register for the webinar. Failure to provide a valid email address could disqualify you from requesting a Gift Card.No more than one Gift will be provided to each eligible person AND no more than two people from each organization may receive the Gift during the period of this offer.
An individual is only eligible for ONE gift card for attending the webinar.NETDOCUMENTS will, in its sole discretion, determine when an organization has received a Gift Card and determine which individual from an organization has qualified to receive a Gift Card from an organization based on which individual completes the webinar first.
The Gift Card is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. NETDOCUMENTS reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or fraud prevention.
No substitution or transfer of Gift Cards is permitted, except at the sole discretion of NETDOCUMENTS.
Each Gift Card recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of a Gift Card including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the Gift Card recipient in receiving or using the Gift Card. Please consult a tax professional to discuss your particular situation.Each Gift Card will be sent "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Any Gift Card not claimed under these Terms & Conditions may be deemed, in NETDOCUMENTS’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to NETDOCUMENTS.
If an individual has attended the webinar once and has been given a gift card, that individual would not be eligible to receive another gift card.
NETDOCUMENTS may be required to disclose the information about each Gift Card recipient to state regulatory authorities.
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
NETDOCUMENTS is not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your Gift Card and NetDocuments will not replace a Gift Card for any reason.NetDocuments is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of the gift card, including but not limited to food quality, food poisoning, delivery issues, or any other related incidents. Recipients use the gift card at their own risk and are subject to UberEats' terms and conditions.
